Realisation:

DIE PR-BERATER developed a press concept for the Absolventenkongress Deutschland, the largest nationwide career fair. The PR was aimed at grabbing attention for the Absolventenkongress on the one side but on the other at telling the story of the Staufenbiel Institute and its transformation from a traditional to a modern online company. Besides the concept development, this included addressing the nationwide specialised and public press, the elaboration of content specialised for the target group, editorial work, toggling different sorts of media and organising a press tour during the fair.

Alongside, DIE PR-BERATER were responsible for the PR of the largest career fair in Switzerland, the Absolventenkongress Schweiz, for regional career fairs as well as for the HR-event Recruitment Lounge in Essen, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich, and Stuttgart.

 

DIE PR-BERATER were furthermore engaged with the PR concerning the nationwide competition BestStudentChallenge. 4,500 students from all over Germany applied for this contest, but only 60 of them were able to reach the finals. DIE PR-BERATER’s tasks included the local PR in the cities where the finals took place, nationwide media work, the arrangement of interviews as well as the encompassing press maintenance during the day of the finals. In addition, DIE PR-BERATER’s work covered the PR on the BestStudentChallenge in Switzerland.

 

The two studies Staufenbiel JobTrends Deutschland and Staufenbiel JobTrends Schweiz evaluated the requirements and job offers by enterprises recruiting university graduates. The studies offer a detailed insight into qualifications that employers regard as important, functions and development opportunities open for young professionals as well as application and selection procedures. DIE PR-BERATER generated suitable topics for the specialised and public press. Numerous supra-regional newspapers and magazines took up the studies and reported on its results.
