Against defamation

Task:

  • Defusing a public defamation campaign

Our client RIW Personalservice GmbH was being defamed at the end of 2006, beginning of 2007. An anonymous informer sent faxes to clients, potential clients, the press, the employment agency and the public attorney`s offices in NRW.

 

Realisation:

Together with the client DIE PR-BERATER developed a strategy in order to identify the initiator of the faxes as quickly as possible and at the same time utilize all legal steps. Ad hoc with our client we informed the media, clients, partners and the specialised public in the field of employment services about these actions. Thereby we were able to prevent a wrong and reputation damaging reporting and thus damage to RIW`s image.
